The funeral service for Spencer will be held at St Mary's Church, Diss on Monday December 4th 2017 at 12:00 noon, followed by burial at Diss Cemetery.  No flowers by request please, but donations if desired for British Heart Foundation and Parkinson's UK may be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 63 Victoria Road, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4JE
